I am a Mom of 3 and Chef who is passionate about giving my family healthy food. I compile recipes from cookbooks, magazines and the internet  I try them out and adapt them and put the ones that  actually work, as well as add some of my own tried and proven recipes. My philosophy is that food should be real as in not out of a box and EASY!  I never use processed ingredients, and try as much as possible to maximize the amount of nutrition I put into each dish.
