Okay I know this seems like a no brainer, but a lot of people have asked me how to make zucchini noodles. Do you steam them? How long to cook them for? etc. The most important thing is to choose good zucchinis, which are the smaller firmer ones, the bigger ones tend to be more watery.

Yes, my kids came running in, I will try and post a better video later, I mostly want to show how long I cook them for. If I put a sauce that is hot on top I take them out a little before as they will continue cooking in the sauce.
Here is the link for the cauliflower alfredo sauce, I followed it as it exactly as it is except I used almond milk instead of vegetable broth.
