These take about 5 minutes to make. I found the recipe on Pinterest and they came out great. I made one batch more caramelized and the second batch more crystalized, the only difference is one is cooked longer than the other one, it really depends how you like them. You can also use just about any mix of nuts you want.
Ingredients
1 cup Nuts, I used walnuts, pecans and almonds but any mix is fine
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch Salt (optional)
Step by Step
I recommend roasting them in the oven first at 350F for 7 minutes, this just dries them out a little more, however this is optional.
In a pan over medium high heat, place nuts and maple syrup, mix.
Once they maple syrup is boiling, add cinnamon and pinch of salt, continue mixing.
Continue mixing until all the maple syrup has evaporated, at this point if you want them more caramelized rather than crystalized you would take them out a little earlier, as shown in video.

Pour on to a piece of parchment paper or silicone mat. Let them cool.
